SHIPPING - Whether you order one or several products, enjoy a flat fee shipping price for regular ground service!

  • $5.95 Flat Fee per Order -- Continental U.S. Only.

  • Orders will ship USPS depending on weight.

  • USPS includes Ground Advantage and Priority Mail.

  • Expedited Shipping is available upon request. Actual charges apply.

  • Most orders ship with in 24 hours of receiving, Monday through Thursday. Orders received on Friday may not ship until Monday. Orders received on holidays, weekends or other closure days will ship out on the first day we return and are open for business.

  • Shipping time varies depending on class of service.

  • USPS mail is typically 3-5 business days.

  • Inclement weather may also affect delivery times.

  • TyH currently does not ship outside the continental U.S.

CHANGE OF NAME OR ADDRESS Please let us know if your name or address changes by updating your account information online or by phone if placing a phone order.

DAMAGES Although we try to pack our products very carefully, occasionally damage may occur. Notify the USPS carrier and our office immediately. Retain original shipping carton and packing receipts.

What is your shipping fee? We have a flat fee of $5.95 per order.

How do you ship? We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS)

How do I track my order? Please include your email address while placing an order and you will automatically receive your tracking number when your order ships.

Can I ship to others? Sure. Just add the name and address in the shipping address fields. If the order is a gift, let us know if you prefer no packing slip with product prices listed. You can put any additional order notes in the specially marked Order Notes area.

TyH 90 Day Guarantee We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request an exchange or refund (less shipping) within 90 days of delivery. Please call or email one of our Team members to notify us of the return. per below. instructions.

RETURNS

How do I return a product? Please email customercare@tyhsupplements.com before sending any product back so we can help you with the process and give you an RMA (return merchandise authorization). We are not responsible for any products mailed back without notification and RMA. Supplements must be returned in their original containers. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
